Job Responsibilities- Advance CRM Product Manager
- Align & gather business requirements from Kia India stakeholders related to CRM digital platforms & related process improvements.
- Administers and configures the CRM system to fit the organization’s needs
- Well verse with Automobile Dealer Operation Structure
- Creates reports and dashboards to analyze customer data
- Analyzes customer data to identify trends and highlight core business team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Support function of defining actionable strategies for improving customer relationships and overall business performance.
- Manages user access and permissions within the CRM
- User onboarding and training on the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- B. Tech/ BE/ MBA
- Data Analyst certification will be added advantage
Required Skillsets
- 5 ~ 8 years of experience in creating and managing Customer Relationship platforms analytics
- Familiarity with common CRM metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and churn rate.
- Ability to translate data analysis results into clear narratives that can be used to inform business decisions and drive customer-centric strategies.
- Energetic, self-motivated, service attitude, good planner & strong implementer
- Good interpersonal skills in terms of dealer management, staff handling
- Good presentation skills & proficiency in MS Office
