Roles and Responsibilities:
a. Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our product remains ahead of the curve.
- Set up KPIs and ensure the product achieves them.
b. Product Development & Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product development, and post-launch analysis.
- Work with hypotheses, organize A/B testing, and make decisions based on business metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product roll-outs.
c. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, team members, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in product management roles
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
