About The Plutus Product Team
The Product Management team for Plutus is responsible for conceptualizing, validating, and launching digital banking products. In doing so, the Product Manager will work closely with banks and fintechs to define, launch, grow and scale the usage of these products, which will be powered by Zeta’s technology infrastructure. Soon after the launch of Payzapp 2.0, the goal of the product team would be to enable HDFC to become the best digital banking and payments service provider in India. You would be rolling out various features, products, and enhancements to actualize this vision of becoming India’s top payment & digital banking service provider.
With the kind of scale and scope of products that we are envisioning, Zeta is looking for an Associate Product ManagerI/II in its Plutus Product team.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with the Zeta leadership, data platform team & Plutus product team to build products that bring business intelligence.
What is the job like ?
- Planning
- Define the goals, scope, and use cases for the core capability to be built based on goals and metrics.
- Define and achieve milestones under their charter
- Prioritization & Execution
- Navigate through product life-cycle with guidance and effect changes
- Balanced decision-making across milestones by taking multiple key factors into consideration
- Slice the capabilities into smaller rapidly shippable features
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like Business, Operations, Data team, Client, and Partner teams to get things done.
- Communication
- Evangelize and communicate the product plan
- Understand in intricacies along with other stakeholders and navigate through various approach options to deliver an optimal sustainable product
Who should apply for this role ?
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Track record of building & shipping Enterprise or SaaS products with ownership
- Prior Experience in Payment Systems highly desirable
- Good Understanding of Data architecture and System Design
- An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product trade-offs and make good choices with minimal inputs from engineers
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Identify complex situations and achieve business goals with the guidance of experts
- You conceive possibilities, think big picture, but deliver on the details
