As a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand’s presence, increasing customer acquisition, and maximizing revenue through various digital platforms and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in a direct-to-consumer environment.
What will you do?
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive D2C growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization across digital channels including website, social media, email, and paid advertising.
Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Implement targeted campaigns to increase customer acquisition through various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and referral programs. Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases.
Optimize Conversion Funnel:
Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify opportunities for improving the online customer journey and optimizing conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
Analyze Performance and KPIs:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value .Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with Creative and Content Teams:
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets and messaging that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in D2C marketing and e-commerce. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new growth tactics and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
Work Experience: 3+ Years
Working days: 5 days (Monday – Friday)
