About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing marketing materials across various channels, playing a key role in shaping and amplifying the ShipGlobal.in brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• ●  Conceptualize and design impactful visual elements: Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website graphics, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and print advertisements.
• ●  Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to ShipGlobal.in’s brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, fonts, and overall visual style.
• ●  Collaborate with marketing & other teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visuals that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• ●  Stay up-to-date with design trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest design trends and best practices, suggesting innovative ideas and approaches to enhance our visual storytelling.
• ●  Manage design projects effectively: Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations consistently.
• ●  Proficiency in design software: Be proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Additional knowledge of other relevant software like After Effects or Figma is a plus.
  

  Qualifications:

• ●  Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or a similar role.
• ●  Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of skills, including conceptualization, design execution, and layout design.
• ●  Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• ●  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• ●  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
