Responsibilities :
1. Support Product Development:
– Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
– Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs.
– Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
2. Agile Methodologies:
– Apply Agile principles and practices to drive iterative development.
– Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies.
– Embrace continuous improvement and adaptability.
3. User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:
– Translate user needs into clear and concise user stories.
– Define acceptance criteria for user stories.
– Data-Driven Decision Making:
– Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions.
– Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).
– Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
5. Product Documentation:
– Maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
Requirements :
Experience :
– 1-3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
– Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
– Analytical Skills:
– Strong analytical abilities to use data effectively in decision-making.
Communication:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Tools: comfortable using product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
