We can make you into a kickass Sales Professional but you have to be passionate about Enterprise sales and help us scale the revolution we have begun in SaaS Mobility with Bizom, a leading retail intelligence platform with more than 500 leading CPG brands as our customers.
You will work with our Sales Head and collaborate with the sales team to showcase Bizom’s impact in the CPG and FMCG industry.
This role looks for someone who manages the end-to-end sales cycle with a knack of doing pre-sales too.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation – Generating new leads, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects with different methods like Cold calls, Cold emails, Campaigns, etc
Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Understand, analyze, and gather client requirements. Prepare RFI, RFP, and BRDs.
Pitch Deck: Conceptualize & craft sales decks according to the client’s requirements.
Product Demos: Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s business requirements.
Cross-Functional Communication: works closely with the engineering and product teams, forwarding requests, feedback on the experience, and tweaks to existing features.
Client Management: Be the bridge between the client and the Internal team, Maintain and expand client relationships.
Sell Smart, Sell Well- Serve customers by selling products – Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, customer demos, developing quotes and proposals along with negotiations for closures as per targets
Tracking – Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Plannings & Reportings – Developing a growth strategy with quarter and monthly plans
Requirements:
– Technical background(BE/BTech or above)
– Proven track record of maintaining and achieving (even exceeding) sales quota
– Minimum 2 Years of new client acquisition experience
– Minimum 2 Years of SAAS Pre Sales experience
– An impeccable set of communication skills.
