About the job
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Profile:
- Should have experience in key Program Management elements, estimation, and planning, Risk Management, operating models, etc.
- Create work order (scope) and charter as required. Create and manage a project plan, issue log, lessons learned, close document, failure mode, and effects analysis (fmea), control plan, etc.
- Should have experience in managing and being responsible for multiple portfolios
- Should have experience in converting multiple demand items to actual strategic programs
- Should have people management experience
- Good collaboration and influencing skills
- Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus
- Exposure to Healthcare and/or healthcare operations experience is a plus
- Ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start-from-scratch environments
- Experience solution enterprise programs and execution across the organization
- Ability to create and coordinate new proposals to support growth for delivery organization
- Understanding of Organizational policies and procedures for planning and executing large enterprise programs
JD:
Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams (real estate, training, telecom technology, human capital, etc.) on all aspects of the business. Ability to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up new projects
- Ability to work with executive leadership. Understand strategic direction and provide a solution
- Be responsible for programs for the line of service/business for the site
- Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment
- Negotiate key process change in introducing innovations for cost-effective programs
- Change Management – Gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions by the team – by keeping everyone involved in decision-making and implementing, flawlessly, as a team
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to engage team members in a cross-functional, virtual environment
- Knowledge of project financials /CBA
- Working Knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome-based pricing
- Exposure to automation work/tools/Project Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Should have sound Knowledge of Project Management tools
- Exposure or managed Transitions for 2 + years is a plus
- Excellent Excel and Presentation skills
Professional Experience
- 10- 12 years of cross-functional experience in the Global sourcing industry with leading organizations
- 4+ years’ experience in leading strategic program implementations

- Communication skills: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, active listening and comprehension skills
- Understand and listen to the needs of the customer
- Skills necessary to prepare and deliver high-level presentations that deliver key messages regarding goals, achievement, and milestones in a clear crisp format
- Skills necessary to document and maintain project documents – sometimes repackaging information into easy-to-understand modules
- Ability to communicate the goals of the project to many different types/levels of stakeholders and obtain buy-in (may be necessary to communicate across businesses and organizations)
- Collaborative leadership skills: Ability to establish supportive & collaborative relationships with peers, superiors, and subordinates
Education
- Master’s /Graduate degree
- Project management certification: PMP / Agile preferable ( PMP/CSM/Agile Safe/PGMP) is a plus
