Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders towards successful requirement delivery

Document business requirements as user stories and their corresponding acceptance criteria

Creation of the business workflows and configuration on the platform

Help development team to debug configuration related issues

Need to closely work with development and product team

Skills Required

Experienced in elicitation of requirement, specifications documentation (BRD/PRD) with proven skills in creating use cases and user stories

Excellent problem-solving skills

Experienced in working on complex technical programs involving integrations among multiple applications

Good logical reasoning and analytical skills

Need to be a Team player

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Should have good Problem-solving skills

Good understanding of Agile methodologies

Experience of working on a workflow management tool

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computers Engineering or comparable experience

Work Experience

E3 Overall 5 -8 years of experience working as a business analyst

Experience of working as Business Analyst in Telcom Domain will be a plus
